The Fatherland Foundation – Youth Housing Program (YHP) is dedicated to supporting youth in need by providing access to transitional or permanent housing solutions. Our program specifically caters to eligible homeless youth, those at risk of homelessness, migrant youth, and young adults aged 18 to 24 who are transitioning out of the child welfare system.
At AHP, our mission is to empower and uplift vulnerable youth by offering stable and supportive housing options. We aim to create a safe and nurturing environment where young adults can thrive and build a foundation for a brighter future.
Transitional Housing: We assist youth in securing temporary housing arrangements that provide stability and support as they transition towards independence.
Permanent Housing: For those ready for more permanent solutions, we connect youth with suitable housing options that meet their needs and aspirations.
Support Services: Beyond housing, we offer comprehensive support services including counselling, life skills training, education assistance, and employment resources to ensure holistic development.
